is excited that you have chosen us to design your wedding day, we have incorporated the following policies for your protection as well as ours covering your beach wedding. We want to assure you that you will receive the items and services you desire.

Pre-designed packages can not have substutions for other items or services, however, you may upgrade as you wish. All plans must be finalized no later than 30 days prior to your wedding day. We do not allow any off site items or services to be brought to the wedding site without prior approval of ABWFY, as it may have a negative impact on our wedding day services.

ABWFY will make every reasonable effort to proceed with the ceremony inspite of inclement
weather. You will need to have a back-up location (we have wonderful suggestions). If you have a beach house rental or certain beach condos - there will not be a problem. Should there be high winds - we reserve the right to cancel use of any electronic equipment.

Due to the schedule of vendors' prior commitments, ceremonies must start at scheduled time.
There is a 15 min. grace period. If the delay exceeds this, ABWFY and each vendor may have to assess the "over limit fee" of $50 for every 15 min. increment. If it is necessary to cancel or
re-schedule - clients are liable for all incurred expenses.

ABWFY willl make every effort to have your photographs, DVD and/or video ready within a
reasonable time frame - they will be sent to you by insured USPS Mail. Any photographs taken
by our photographer and/or videographer my be used on ABWFY website, or other sites and/or materials that show our services, unless you have requested otherwise. All beaches are public and will have other people on the beach, however, our photographer and/or videographer will take utmost care to not include them in your photographs.

There are additional fees of $100, plus $50 for each vendor contracted for major holidays and
holiday weekends. Travel fees are necessary for location out of our immediate area. There is a small fee for use of beach within the Gulf Island National Seashore or State Park.
There are no additional fees or hidden charges
with the exception of $10 for each guest above the contracted amount - only when cake and/or champagne is served - this covers extra items or services as needed.

The services you have purchased covers - site preparation, set-up, deliveries, take down and
clean up. Beaches require that you "leave only your footprints".

All sales are final - there are no refunds of deposit for cancellantions, regardles of the reason - due to extensive planning and/or preparations - also that we were not able to book another wedding in the time slot because of our commitment to you. Any other monies paid 30 days prior to your wedding date will be refunded to client. If it is possible - please re-schedule your wedding date.

Bride and Groom or Contact person must date, sign and mail these Terms & Policies with the
Request Form (make a copy for your records) and your non-refundable deposit (or use our Online payment service).
